If you do find the chain is chattering on the cassette, you can micro adjust either in a bike stand or whilst riding. The current Di2 with internal battery has the charge port and 3 way connector fitted below the stem. Under the charge port is a little button, push this once and the red light comes on. You can then micro adjust up and down using the buttons to trim the chain in the middle of the cassette sprocket. When it runs clean without any chatter, push the button again and it will resort back to normal.
