ETA Don't mean to put people off! Course will be very nice, just the aerodrome access road is rather potholed. Steer round them and it's nothing to worry about really

Bumping this up seeing as I'll be heading up to the Towcester Travelodge tomorrow with a (non-PHer) mate of mine.

Not sure what time I'll make it up there yet but will wear a PH t-shirt and loiter a bit.

Jason, John and myself are aiming to arrive for 7:30am registration and to try and be away in the first couple of waves. The weather looks cool, dry and breezy. Not sure what kit I'll be wearing yet but I'm the lanky one on the black Canyon with the fluro trim. I'll keep an eye out for Smileys!

If anyone wants a ticket then let me know as I've decided that I'm not going to ride it, not ridden for 9weeks and feeling it, so think it foolish that the 1st time I get on the bike after such a lay off I set out for an 86 miler!!

Might be up for this.....not booked but i believe you can sign on on the day if not sold out ! Not sure how you check if it's sold out though !

Can we have a carbload meal if we arrive at 8pm?

Our plan in the morning is to register as close to 7:20 as allowed, I'll be in a smiley shirt (thanks to JustinF) and would be delighted to join a PH line-up.

If I remember correctly, there is sweet FA at the hotel but a good shop in the petrol station next door.

Last minute decision to come to this tommorow although I'll only be doing the standard route. Any there in the list on the standard route looking for some company, or at least if I could ride out with the epic team for the first part of the course? Don't have a smiley tee so might just turn up and come say hi if ok? I'll be on an old red s-works

If I can sort a few niggles with my bike I'll be signing on as a late entry in the morning......will be an early start as 1hr 45mins away !!

Do come and say hi, I'll be in a ph shirt but the other three guys I'm turning up with won't be. I'm suspecting a couple of us in our group might wuss out of taking the Epic path at the parting of the ways so you might have more company than you bargained for.
