I suppose it depends on where the mounting points at on the frame, but a 750 bottle on my 56cm domane is a pain to get and put back while moving. So I generally decant from the 750 into the down tube mounted 500 at a stopping point in the ride.

Just an update. I'm waiting on a few samples but have been thrown a curveball at work that is sucking up a lot of my time so getting things moving after they all arrive may take a little longer than planned.
