Bidons/Water-bottles: Buying in bulk? Group buy? PH logo?

Been looking at buying bottles in bulk as I find it handy to have a few knocking about and the kids go through an enormous number with school, sports etc.
I'm more about always having clean, basic bottles available rather than only a few expensive ones with fancy caps etc. that won't last as long, are a pain to clean and I'd miss if I dropped one etc. Realistically, I probably want about 10-20 bottles for myself.
The trouble is that the MOQ seems to kick off at about 50 from most suppliers, and can be as high as 100. With prices of £1.50+ each that's probably a little rich for me.
Would there be any interest in doing a group buy on bottles? By the time you order a few hundred the price drops down well under £2 a bottle, even with custom printing.
Maybe even getting PH blessing to get them smileyed up, as with Gruffy's heroic cycling shirt adventures?
One issue is buying these things unseen. Last thing you want is to be lumbered with 50+ bottles that don't fit standard cages!
Do any PHers have a supplier they could recommend? Or does anyone here run their own promo/printing business?

Pfft 750ml or nowt!
Think that's why it never worked as a group buy - would be dead easy to get e.g Wildoo to make 150 bottles, would also be quite easy to then either get a PH volunteer to run them via an existing webshop / ebay, or maybe divvy up to 3 volunteers to ship 50 each - thing is, every time it's come up, the collective seem to all want different colour / opacity / size whatever and it never got far.
Pity, I imagine that the mighty PH towers could do a run of 500 and flog em with a partner with no problem - but I don't think they have the appetite for something that will ultimately earn them next to bugger all...
