Is there a way possible to keep my strava app on screen whilst cycling? My iphone goes to sleep after about 30 seconds. I'd still like the phone to go to sleep when the strava app is closed. Does that even make sense? Thanks in advance.

I bought one of these: http://uk.wahoofitness.com/devices/wahoo-rflkt-iph...

It syncs with Strava and then displays the data on the screen.

The new version of the Iphone App on my 5 has an option to bypass the screen lock and stay on, you running the latest version?

Thanks Redmax but I'd prefer not to buy any more year at the moment.

Twisted, I have a 5s with the latest updates. Any idea how I find that setting?

Thanks again.

On the strava app
Go to settings
Then there is a "screen display" option in the top left
Then there is a "prevent auto lock" option
followed by dimming options to dim the screen after a specified time

Just Tested it and it worked for me walking round the office

I notice the app auto upgraded last Sunday and the recording screen is all different and new

it will kill your battery, a battery case or usb battery charge pack will help but wont fit in any mount easily

Twisted, thank you for taking the time to write that. I don't have those settings, though I think I've found my problem. I've got the free version of strava and I think I need the paid for version for constant display.

Thanks again for the help and replies.

Lol, ignore my post. I've found the prevent auto lock.
