Anymore PH clothing planned?
Discussion
Reasonable question!
MTB isn't aero tight, has no zip, nor pockets.
Bioracer have a huge range of stuff to choose from. Have a look at the options on here http://www.bioracer.co.uk/en/team-clothing
Because the thresholds are per design not per item, we can each pick practically anything we want from there. It may even be possible to have to the road design on an MTB jersey and vice versa, but I'd need to check on that.
I've yet to get item prices from them but will make a lonnnnnng list when I do. In the meantime, see last year's order for a guide.

I would have no idea where to start with photoshoot but is it possible for someone to swap the colours about on the MTB tops-
On the white shirt swap the red sleeves/collar with the black underarms
On the black shirt swap the red sleeves collar with the white underarms
On the black shirt lose the red bits altogether and replace with black for a totally black/white shirt (or maybe make underarms red?)
Not sure how it would look, maybe we could then take a vote?

The artwork's already in place for the white MTB jersey, since we're carrying that forward from last year, but the inverted option would be a new design so there's scope to look at that.On the white shirt swap the red sleeves/collar with the black underarms

Changing the arms and collar to white and the side panels to red would actually bring it into line with the Mk 2 road jersey, shown off below by Justin, albeit in an MTB cut and with the MTB smiley.
There is certainly an argument for going that way instead of the quick and dirty invert I posted yesterday.

That dashing chap in front is modelling last year's, whilst about to power past him up the next climb is richardxjr in the original. For this run, think the colourway of the last year's but with a smiley more like the original. It's what Gruffy would have preferred last year but was constrained by the manufacturer's safe zones. Having spoken to them this morning there's hope we can relax those restrictions. Should bridge the gap between the two designs nicely.
How much are you looking for (if you find them) ?
I'm potentially interested in one but am unsure whether id be L or XL ? Are they based on a branded jersey that I could go and try in a shop ? I'm 6ft and 13 st with a 36 inch waist but need to shed approx 1/2 stone of winter gut. Feels like its probably gonna be XL as i prefer a more relaxed fit but cycle clothing sizes are all over the place - I'm a L in my Altura jacket but an XL in my Pistonheads MTB top.
Cheers

I've got a couple of the yellow trimmed jerseys still in their wrappers somewhere. From memory I bought 3 because I didn't expect two more runs after this lot. I have worn one size 'XL' quite a lot, I think the unworn pair were an 'L' and an 'XL', but I haven't seen them in a while. I'll get digging in the bottoms of drawers to see if they turn up...

I can't photoshoot for toffee and my visualisation skills are woeful, it may look rubbish!
I can see where you're coming from. Loosing the red and/or the white on that shirt might (or might not) look better in isolation, but I'm keen to continue the concept designer Gruffy brought in last year of featuring the same three colours on all the jerseys. That way, when people with different designs get together for a forum ride it looks a bit less random.
We haven't kept the yellow trim of the original jersey but having the red does tie in nicely with the MkII. When I get time I'll try to swap the red sleeves and white side panel round on the inverted MTB in PS, as you suggested, to see how that comes out. I suspect I might prefer it like that too.
