Shared bike for turbo?

My wife and I are looking to get a turbo. However, we'll be using the turbo upstairs in the house and our bikes live in the garage and I'd really rather not have to lug our bikes in through the house, swap them over etc. every time we want to use it. So I'm wondering whether anyone knows of a bike with very easy saddle height and fore/aft, bar height and bar reach adjustment that we could both use? Ideally we'd get something with the adjustment of a Wattbike (which we had considered, but I really want the dynamically changing resistance of something like a Kickr when used with Zwift)
