(I've kept the same red and black as before so we'd still look good on a group ride if some people had the the old kit and some the new.)

I still have a 2015 MTB jersey in size L, that I haven't worn as it is too big for me, if anyone else is after one.

I have a road jersey from last year that's too tight on me so never worn, live in hope I'll ride my way in!

I have an order in for a larger set and would consider one of the new designs if changing gets us up to a viable order size.

I would be up for either of those kits. I need to get a new set of PH bib shorts anyway as the others have started to wear out so even if we don't get a new kit I'd be after some of the existing bib shorts.

We got about halfway before it stalled.

If the new designs don't do the trick then we could potentially go ahead by paying a small order surcharge, which would work out about £8 each with current numbers. At least we'd be over the very-small order threshold, below which the total surcharge would be twice as much (and divided amongst fewer people). Maybe we should set a deadline to make that decision by.

OK, my current thinking is to start a fresh 2017 thread, so people notice it again, with the new designs and simplify the options so it's less off-putting to casual readers. If everyone on the current white colour list agrees, I'll copy across their orders to the new red jersey. I'll set an order deadline of end of this month, and at that point we'll go with whatever we've got, paying the surcharge if necessary.

Sound like a good plan?
