I have swapped back to the Spoon and flipped the stem to give me a slightly more up right riding position. I don't care about aero on this bike as its purely for training.

Did 30 mins and I have to say it felt quite comfortable. Especially considering my butt is still sore from yesterday's ride. Will keep it like this for a bit and see what it feels like at the weekend on my long ride.

I'm 6'4" and 17 stone and have a Charge Spoon and think its great, i had it too far back meaning all my weight was on my gooch rather than my sit bones. Much bettee now!

SQ Lab saddles seem to win all the tests in the German bike mags.

For a more upright/Audax position, a Brooks B-17 in leather or their newer Cambium vulcanized rubber saddle are both highly thought of.

I have a B-17, well broken-in, on my commuter bike (drop bars but still a pretty upright position). It's beautifully comfortable.
