Wahey! Looks awesome. I think im going to treat myself to one of them.

By the way, ive heard the rear mech hanger is made of chocolate and its not "if" it will snap, but "when" - you can already buy an upgraded one so suggest you get one ordered thumbup

Welcome to the club. Nice bit of luck with the rear shock.

Chuffed with my new boardman fs pro, 15% off and used a gift card so only cost me £1180 !

Got home to discover I've got an upgraded monarch debonair rear shock and a 2017 fsa comet crankset fitted.

Will take it on a small ride tomorrow.
Where did you get it from?
Looking at this or a Canyon Nerve AL6, but can't find the Boardman for sale and their site only lists a medium frame as the smallest

Try cycle republic stores, the one in Bristol had good stock levels, or go into your local halfords and they can search the system.

Contact customer services via their web chat, they see the bikes before the shops do.

These guys apparently:
http://www.mountainbikecomponents.co.uk/hangers/br...
Though might be worth calling them to confirm which one is for the new FS Pro.

edit: apparently Halfords can order them too (though does sort of take the piss a bit)

Haha - sort of. Its "Boardman Bike Group" on facebook, so you need a FB account and need to request membership.

Update: My rear mech hanger went today.
I was practically coasting and heard a rattle, looked down as saw my derailleur swinging. Luckily I wasnt going faster as I could have mangled all manner of rear wheel bits.
Upon removing the two bits, it seems to be very lightweight cast metal rather than machined.
I will speak to Halfords tomorrow but not expecting a quick turnaround.
In the meantime I have emailed about 5 mech hanger supplier to see if they do one that fits. Because it is now a thru axle on the Pro, it is harder to find one, plus it is a new model.
I'll keep you updated, but if anyone knows of a replacement please let me know.
Then RS4 can buy a spare too lol

Wow great find!
Pistonheads to the rescue again.
I'll try to get Halfords to get one of those as a warranty replacement.
Thanks for that.

It's finally appeared on the Halfords website, however only in medium and up frame sizes.
The old model is now just over 1k which is also tempting, but I like the look of the new one

Edit - older model only available in 3 stores around the UK!

I've just bought a cannondale carbon 2 trigger from Pauls cycles, reduced from 4k to 2k, worth a look if you are in that price bracket.
Looks like a great deal, what's it like?

Managed to reserve a Boardman Pro FS in Farnborough today, they had just got 2 in this morning.
They said they're selling out fast!

A bit annoyed as last night there was 10% off any bike purchased online, but when we checked in store, it wasn't running.

Still 10% off with vouchers and 10% for the cycling membership.

I've still got the 10% off voucher that R1gtr gave me, as the 15% discount from cycle republic would not accept vouchers.

Do you want the voucher ?
