I have a feeling that the "gym" in question may well be a male only entity and there are probably more naked sauna than free/static weights activities ....I feel there is something your mate is not telling you ...I read an article years ago about a group of riders who'd formed a club called something like the Sreknaw Brotherhood. Read it backwards.

Some friends and I who used to go out for a ride on a Sunday thought we'd give ourselves a name. In honour of the Black Widows we called ourselves the Red Scorpions. I even setup a Facebook group with that name. Out of the blue I started to get requests from people in Canada to join.
