Looks like you ride most of the same spots. Used to ride and race up at Aston when I lived in Hertfordshire. Killer push up there.

Indeed - I love S2A at Aston but the pushup is utterly brutal - I like being driven to the top these days..

I wouldn't worry, mine are very pedestrian at BPW. Wasn't quiet aware that the blue runs would have some up hill sections in which was a killer on a DH bike.

Blue runs all the way for me, nowhere near enough skill to do anything more than that.

I did some skills training and the guy was like, 'Christ you really don't have any skills do you?'

Ha ha - hardly mate. Plus anywhere that requires more skill than going downhill and 'hanging the fk on' - and you'd leave me for dead.

Yeah I really like it there too - it claimed my rotator cuff and a rib in May last year
