They seem to go out of their way to make life difficult for customers. Sadly, Chainreaction and Wiggle won’t be seeing my business any more.
Most of what I bought from CR/Wiggle specifically were DHB clothing as was good value, esp in sales (£10 for jerseys at times!).
The rest I could have bought elsewhere but as was buying clothing, added them for free delivery etc.
They were also pretty good re returns (important when buying clothing for sizing etc.)
I know about the new owners so unlikely to buy anything from them going forward. I have enough DHB clothing to last a few years now anyway
