My latest build. A 1990's steel Battaglin that i have owned since new and have just had striped and refinished in original Gulf Racing Blue (same RAL as Bianchi Celeste) along with all new parts including threadless carbon fork, 2015 Campag Veloce groupset and Khamsin wheels and various other bits of niceness.

Thanks mate, I am very pleased with it. It feels like a high quality, well made item. The ridiculously long wait was worth it!!
Glad your wait was worth it. You did well to get your order in when you did. I believe they sold out for the year in all sizes a few weeks ago, so a very successful line for Canyon!SixPotBelly said:

This is a very special bike to me, I bought it a year after having a heart attack and six months after double bypass surgery so it really makes feel good every time I ride it!

Thanks for all the nice comments, much appreciated!
It's a Cinelli Bootleg Mystic, it has a flip flop rear wheel with fixed sprocket one side and freewheel on t'other. I am being cautious at the moment and using the freewheel, my first real bike as a teenager was a fixie and I recall having bruised shins and calfs pretty much all the time!
