I just stumbled across this thread so thought I'd stick up a pic of my old bike that I had when I lived in New Zealand. Not as nice as a lot of bikes in this thread but I loved it and it could still keep up with a lot of more modern stuff. I miss riding downhill massively, I used to be able to roll down to the bottom of the gondola from my house, ride all day then catch the last gondola back up and roll back down to my house.

2008 Giant Glory DH, Rockshox Boxxer race forks, Funn stem and cranks, fox dhx 5.0 rear shock, shimano zee brakes, loads of other bits which I've forgotten.

My revamped Canyon Aeroad for 2016 season looking forward to not scratching it too much hopefully
Loving that smile

Would you mind sharing where you had the work carried out?

Looking into something similar for my Wilier this year.

Just given the MTB a bit of an overhaul. New M8000 XT groupset with 42t cassette, hope headset and RaceFace grips.

Winter bike with SKS Longboards and new DT Swiss R24 wheels, set up tubeless with Schwalbe One 25mm. Hopefully the tyres are tough enough for winter, wheel decals will be removed at some point.

Yes, nice bunch to deal with and I feel that I got a very fair deal. Going down first thing tomorrow so we can squeeze in a quick test ride out to Bideford and back.

New winter bike, Kinesis 4S Disc with DI2 and Ultegra Hydraulic brakes

Steerer will be cut once the position is sorted. Early impressions are good, surprisingly light for aluminium

Apologies for the rubbish photo

That is stunning! The ultimate winter bike. I've got a T2 built up as a winter bike and absolutely love it.

Thanks, been out this morning in poor conditions and it rides really well. Really comfortable with 25mm tyres and the carbon post.
I've got di2 on my best bike, so I knew what I was letting myself in for. Should serve me well..

We did, and had a quick spin out to Bideford on the Tarka trail and then back along the road in the downpour. Absolutely unbelievable service from the guys at the bike Shed, simply outstanding customer service.
Bike is epic, such a comfortable ride.

I've just switched to 25mm tyres on the Kinesis. 23s are totally dead to me.
