For the money it's hard to fault, although a certain amount of buggering about was required in order to comfortably fit two 750ml bottles - it's also a medium and the bottle bosses could be lower down.

That looks up my street. Would you mind sharing the final build cost? For the money it's hard to fault, although a certain amount of buggering about was required in order to comfortably fit two 750ml bottles - it's also a medium and the bottle bosses could be lower down.
Happy to - but not sure how helpful it will be:
Frame & forks were £299, Headset, saddle, stem & seatpost were £60-ish, all from Planet-X
60mm carbon clinchers were £380 delivered from 2013Cycling2013 on eBay - I already had them, though, having bought them last year.
Bars are Fizik Cyrano R3 - I think either £50 or £55 from CRC.
Groupset is 105 10spd - which I also already had; on my previous do-it-all bike, which was an old secondhand Allez that needed a rebuild. Full 105 groupset is £350 from Merlin at the moment, so that would put the full cost at just under £1,150, but because I already had most of it I only spent £400 or so.
It's tough to beat Planet-X's prices for complete bikes: they want £1,200 for a Pro-Carbon with Ultegra and a reasonable pair of wheels - but I just wanted a frameset and finishing kit.

Keep an eye on the underside of the top tube, I've lost the paint on mine and have used some clear nail polish to cover it. 600ml bottles are ok, it's the 700/750's that catch.Thought I'd show the Process of again as its back from having some bits replaced (11-46 cassette, warranty replacement reverb, new HR2's and bearings all done). About to get the fork re invisiframed as that's taken a knock and I fancy some matching graphics for the full bike tart effect.
While both MTB's were spotless I decided to, you know, put them in the kitchen. As you do.

feltv55 adventure road bike.
Taking it on its maiden voyage tomorrow. Got a CAAD10 as my normal road bike, but fancied something to replace the MTB which now feels too slow.
spec seems top notch: ultegra chain set, ultegra front and rear mech, shimano hydraulic discs, pro logo seat, carbon seat post, and even strada bianca tyres which retail at £45/tyre!
Can't wait to try it out properly

I'm a mountain biker at heart but lately I've been getting a strange pull towards buying an adventure/gravel bike, so I bought this. It's a Charge Plug and I realise the colour might not be to everyones tast but I love it. The pedals are just until I've got used to riding it and set it up how I like it and then I'll fit my spare SPDs.
