Another vote for Specialized, very well built - I have used it on my touring bike (Presta) and also found it was quick to fully inflate a totally flat car tyre (better than a foot pump imo)
Cost? Not sure as it was part of friend's booty for winning an MTB race - I doubt I'll ever find out as it looks as if it will last for ever so will not need replacing.
