Heres a quick update for you:

Firstly, thanks for all your advice, it will come in handy!

Secondly, my partner in crime for this event may have to pull out (stop sniggering at the back, you). My friend, was...how can I put this kindly? Fat. As in 22stone of fat. He has now slimmed right down to 16 stone. Yay for him!

However, to reach his new weight, he was exercising HARD, and one day he injured himself and had to stop. just link that, from doing everything to lose his bulk, to doing nothing...he just had to stop. Since he's stopped, he has been getting these infections from cuts which wont heal.

Anyway, registration for London to Paris is open for another few weeks, and if he sorts himself out, we will be back in the saddle, if he cant sort it out, we wont be able to register frown

i'll make sure I keep you all updated if we get to do this ride!

Thanks guys!
