Warm weather clothing?
Discussion
Guys
What tops/jackets/jerseys combinations are you all wearing in the warmer weather?
I'm only really used to wearing a baselayer with a waterproof jacket which when i'm leaving for work (6.30/7) is fine as its only approx 5 degrees and there's still a little chill in the air, but cycling back or on a day off when its 15-20 degrees, i find i clearly don't need the jacket and the baselayer is the wrong type of top as well.
Do you guys just go out in a variation of short/long sleeve jerseys in the warmer weather?
Also (probably a stupid question) does the temperature ranges for jerseys mean that this is the ideal temp ranges to wear this type of clothing?
Thanks

No useful info from this callsign. I seem to get it wrong every time. I've tried various combinations in various weather conditions, but always seem to end up over/under dressed. The thing is, there are plenty of clothing items to cover the gaps, but I can't really justify forking out on expensive arm and leg warmers, gillets, etc. When Tesco/Aldi etc start selling reasonably priced technical kit to go with their shorts/jerseys/jackets, I might dip into the wallet, but until then I'll just continue with my waterproof jacket, long sleeve jersey, short sleeve jersey, and base layer, in various combinations, and hope that just once in a while, the clothing combination and the weather will conspire to keep me comfortable out on the road.
