The final piece in the Cervelo jigsaw (other than sexy wheels)

It looks a bit enormous but it's the only thing I could find in L2 configuration that wasn't £100. So I'll have to see how well it fits my arse.

Can anyone recommend a mudguard for my commuter? It doesn't have bosses for a proper one, so I've been doing with a crud catcher, but in heavy rain, it just flies up into my face anyway. Are these any good?

My Belkin stuff arrived on Saturday and whilst commuting into work (S/E London) I spot two separate mamils wearing them!

Watch out, there's a chap on a Penny Farthing about to come around you.

How long does it take for this Belkin stuff to be sent? Ordered mine on the 25th and it still says 'in process', did everyone else's take this long?

A trailer for towing my son around in. At the moment we have a Hamax seat, but this should make longer rides possible, and we wanted a single seat for narrowness, and to convert to a buggy so we can wheel him around when we get to the destination.

Reminds me...last time I followed someone wearing this kit I noticed how see through it is. That's one way of ensuring no-one sits on your wheel. vomit

Hopefully have sold my Banshee Rune V2 frame and as long as it goes tonight (I have already stripped it down as the purchaser seems very keen) I am planning on ordering the following, although I think it will be January before they are available here:

Thanks, will they fit a bike with no mudguard lugs? Also, 26" wheels, 1.75 wide.

Don't think they will.

Mine still shows as In process and my order went in on the 23rd so you're not the only one!

I've contacted Belkin today to see what's going on. They're looking at it now so I'll let you know when I get some info

There's a guy on here who builds his own bikes (I think) - pale yellow singlespeed with disks and dropbars IIRC - what mudguards does he use please? I've asked before but can't find the response frown

Another call to Planet X this morning. Although their product is excellent value, their customer service isn't very good. Apparently my buying the frame through their ebay shop and then buying the crankset and the stem over the phone is causing lots of confusion frown

Wiggle can ship £50 orders in one day, yet Planet X struggle with orders of £600! I bought some wheels form lasty year and that took three weeks to and that was a product that was supposedly in stock!

Rant over.

Congratulations on managing to buy a frame from their eBay shop in the first place, everything they have listed seems to be out of stock...

I think hes just discovered thatsmile

Such a shame they have mixed reviews, they seem to have a great online shop and audience in a competitive market, but struggle with processing the orders. Or is it that the margins are so tight they don't have the cash or expertise to invest in a decent organised system/procedure overhaul

They do have some great bargains though. I went looking for some rear lights yesterday, bought some lights for £4 and £2 and managed to spend an additional £39 in the quest for free delivery hehe
