Sorely tempted by these dhb Pro Triple's:

Trying to talk myself out of them but at the price I reckon I'll cave the next time the sun comes out.

But on the actual, 'things I've bought' front - 3 of these:

http://www.gearbest.com/headlights/pp_294543.html

29g each and the plan is to leave one at home recharging by microUSB, one at work recharging and a third one on the bike. Or remove one from the mount and carry as a spare. Saves the faff of CR2032's with the Femto style lights. And it worked out £8 for 3 of them so throwaway cost.

If you're not in a rush, watching the prices of frames on Planet X is an interesting hobby. The best day to have bought in the last 6 months would have been Christmas Day. They really do move around a lot.

I might be a nerd, and it might not be that interesting.

The budget impulse buying continues. Couple of pairs of Aldi/Crane sunnies at £1.99 each. Still going to end up with those dhb Pro's as I love how they look.

This looks a tidy bit of kit, really looking forward having a play with it.
I'd be interested to hear your views on it. I saw that advertised recently and also thought that it looks like a nice neat piece of kit.
£199 at start fitness at moment, got an email about it today.

So heat moulding the Bont Riots was a bit more complicated than I expected. I have a gas oven! How on earth do I keep it at 70degC when gas mark 1 is almost double that? I've given it a go but being over cautious I don't think I got them malleable enough to properly mould. Visiting my parents next weekend so I will use their electric oven and see how that goes!

Fitted a new 11-32 Cassette to replace my 11-28, also had to fit a longer cage derailleur. I have to say, even a complete spanner mong like me can set up and index a Di2 derailleur. Brilliant bit of kit and made today's lumpy ride a little more pleasurable.

Yes, we have one for each. Honestly, I'd probably just merge them. I watch both instead.

Planet-X has dropped the price of the London Road frameset to £169, so I've nabbed one for my son

When he's ready to move up a size, we'll build it together. I have everything to build it up as a flat-bar CX bike - suitable for forests and towpaths.

I'm doing the Open cycling c2c in a day (anyone else on here doing it?) at the end of June. As a practice we did a 50 mile loop round the Lakes, including Hardknott pass. Which was just an awful experience trying to get up haha. So I've chicken out and changed the standard 12-30 for an 11-34. I've never mucked about with gearing before so hope it makes a difference!
