New bottle cage and super strong lock to match my new canyon commuter 6.0 (eta next week). Should make my commuting easier and give me a better touring and general going places bike.

New frame ordered today for me.
I've been looking at the Tripster frames for about 18 months now and never quite went for one, trying another couple of frames instead with not much luck on the sizing front. The Tripster sizing is perfect for me and is my first try of a titanium frame. Hopefully it'll live up to the expectations.
I've just built up a Tripster ATR Ti using a second hand eBay frame, and it's my new favourite bike. I LOVE it.

What size are you?

I'm a large and the amount of stuff that's off interest to me is reducing by the day.

I'd quite like a blue club jersey at £65 which is still available, it was £75 when I ordered on Saturday.

XL tops and XXL bibs. But I don't need anything. If there's nothing left when we get to final reduction time, I won't really mind.

Having purchased and swiftly returned the official Giant mudguards as I thought that they were incredibly crap, I held out and waited to buy the new SKS Raceblade Pro. They're excellent. They were delivered yesterday and then took me around 20 minutes to set up for the first time. Trial ride in to work this morning and they seem fantastic. They didn't move or make any rattling noises whatsoever. Very impressed.

What luggage is this under the seat. I've been looking for something similar!

Thanks, the bars are Ritchey Comp Streem II Road Handlebar in the 44cm size

http://www.wiggle.co.uk/ritchey-comp-streem-ii-roa...

They're actually really comfortable, the first reason is that I prefer the anatomical bend to the radial bend of a typical road handlebar and it gives a nice hand position when you're on the drops and brakes. The second reason is the top bars have a bit of a wing profile, which when wrapped in some good CX bar tape, gives a really nice wide base for your hands if you're rolling along a flat gravel road away from the brakes.

Indeed. It is a Koala, I've had it a few years now and so it is the original design. I believe that the new ones are a little more secure. I no longer commute with a rucksack. With a bit of planning (leaving shoes at work) then I can fit all my daily lunch, clean shirt and underwear in it. It's more aero and nicer to ride with as you don't end up with a really sweaty back!

I appear to have ordered a carbon seat post - not because I 'need' one, but because I've developed a bizarre desire to ensure my bike is pretty much Trigger's mythical broom! The only original parts on the bike (produced in 2004) are the seat post (an Easton EA50 which weighs a fair bit) and a WTB saddle (actually rather nice) and the frame (Giant XTC hardtail)

So that's the seat post sorted, which just leaves the saddle which I rather like. In recent years I've fitted XT bottom bracket, front mech and crankset, XT discs to replace the Giant ones, Fox fork with matching Stans Rims wheel (stem, bars and headset all done at the same time), new rear wheel to match the front (which came with the fork) incl new cassette and XT Shadow rear mech.

It would've been far cheaper to take weight out of the rider, but I like beer and food too much!

Unsure myself tbh. Mine are ok, but nowhere near as good as another guys in the office (although he does ride his bike a lot less than me). I wore out my original pads and replaced the fronts with Shimano and the rears with LifeLines, neither seem perceptably better or worse than the others. I also replaced the standard rotors with a set of the Shimano Icetech triple layer ones as I hit a car before Christmas and the front one got bent. Again, can't say I've noticed any perceptable difference to the TRP originals.

I imagine that as with all disk brakes, keeping the pad alignment perfect, the rotors clean and free from grease and bedding the pads in properly is essential.

Essential bit of kit for me, being completely ham-fisted with a socket set! Bought one that covers 1-20Nm in 0.1Nm steps and use it a surprising amount...good job with my purchase above as don't want to split it smile
