... NOT been out this morning?

And if not why not?

Occasionally, just occasionally, I really quite like this country.

Me, because I went out yesterday and managed to lose a crank, didn't realise it was loose until it was too late and I was standing on the pedals trying to get some acceleration...

Only place I've been today is back to A+E to get the dressings changed frown

I'm resealing the shower today, mf'ing silicone remover stuff! I suspect if I went out I'd be grateful for a shower but not flooding the place. Might have to just go for a walk to get me out of the house.

ETA: hmmmm, sees pics, gets tools out and checks various bolts!

Cheers,
Rob

Ouch. Although mine's nowhere near as bad, I can sympathise. I had an "SPD ERROR" at stalling speed:

I weathered it well until my wife decided to clean it with an antiseptic wipe. I think I may have cried like a girl at that point.

Went out yesterday and today biggrin

Both up Cwmcarn. Natural trail up to the moors and over to the freeride section, then up to the top of the DH. DH is pretty gnarly on a 5" AM full suss but the GT hasn't snapped... yet (ultimate jinx)

It's a beautiful obsession we have isn't it..

Out on the road bike twice over the weekend Sasturday and Monday cracking weather and not to busy apart from Richmond park where I felt I needed indicators having to overtake so many slow moving cars !

I had quite a busy weekend so only got 5hrs in

Friday - hour on the trainer
Saturday - 45 miles solo in 2hr 59mins. 2500ft climbing (and this was a flat route)

Sunday - hour on the trainer
Monday - rest day (3 hrs mowing lawns and 4hrs cleaning/hoovering/polishing car instead)

itsnotarace ?!?! trainer in this weather are you mad man? Although I managed 2x21milers on the MTB and the pig farm was proper humming over by Tarrant Monkton so I suppose you avoided that and the few insects out and about.

The Oilseed rape fields and the bluebells in the woods and the wild garlic by the hedgerows added a nice bit of colour & perfume to other bits of the ride though, and the temperature in mid to high teens with a light breeze at 8am to 10am was perfect, on Friday & Monday.
