Yep just setup outside on my patio late in the evenings. I have decent rear light (Knog Skink) but can't be arsed to fit a front light bright enough to see down country lanes and it only takes two minutes to swap my back wheel over and clip into the trainer. It's also better for me in terms of exercise as there's no freewheeling involved and I can have my ipod on

26.06 miles into Walsall along the canal and back out on cycle route 5 3 hours cycling and an average speed of 8.7miles an hour not too bad for an overweight bloke on a MTB.

30 miles on Friday morning, 13 miles with 12 children on Saturday and then another 30ish on Monday.

Add in the 30 I did riding home from work on Wednesday and it's been my biggest week for a good couple of years.

The weather can stay like this for ever so far as I'm concerned.

Got a quick lap of Cwmcarn XC in early doors. Gawd Dam it's fast and rocky at the moment - could do with some rain, these old bones rattle a bit these days.
