This run makes RV3 2nd in Q1...in a street legal car, so that's worlds fastest/quickest street car AND a very fast Pro Mod.

Who could fail to like your car, I love your car, your car is ace. Everyone likes your car, only an ignorant wouldn't. Where the problem lies for some is it's not a streetable car. For some an MOT is simply not enough.

Your car is a Pro Mod race car prepared for an MOT, in doing so you have handicapped it as far as out and out ProModishness goes with weight and other stuff that's required by the DOT and not by the FIA, but that's fine because you have got peoples attention with the car and the "record" and the media coverage. Some people are more concerned with racing than media coverage, some people are more concerned with media coverage than racing, horses for courses and all that. Your choice.

But I reckon you'll ditch the MOT when you get the ol' girl running swiss watch style and start going a few rounds. As for shouting about what you've done; keep it up till you have a sore throat. It's fantastic publicity for you and the sport and I applaud you for it. I'd urge you to bare in mind though, being a purist (as far as streetable street legal cars go), and holding an opinion on your car that you may not share does not necessarily mean they deserve the middle finger.
+1

Its an awesome car in its own right AND it can be made road legal.
