I must admit that, despite me being a V8 4-wheel freak, I am gobsmacked at the increase in performance of SSB in the last year or three. No wheelie bars and a DOT tyre huh? I'm going to ask the obvious question... what kind of DOT tyre allows such performance? Are we talking a racing slick with few grooves cut in it? Is everyone using the same tyre?
Just asking like.
BTW - I love SSB!

Most use the Michelin Power one, but others use Shinko's. Tiny amount of tread grooves on a soft compound tyre.
