11 more entrants until there are 100 sign ups! There are even booked time slots for the UK Power Tour at each of the drag strips so we will 100% get to run!

Some really interesting motors have signed up now, will be some interesting show downs!

If the strip lets us run, we'll run. That element of it is up to the drag strips to be honest, if they decide it isn't safe, we don't have any choice but to listen. If they say it's OK, then it's up to the driver.

I guess they are allowing all cars involved in the power tour to run.
Will non yank cars be able to RWYB? I have a few TVR buddies interested in getting runs in on the Saturday

Regarding the Shakespeare County Raceway leg of the tour, will there be a list of entries for us up in the commentary booth? I believe there could be as many as 140 entrants to the tour, all coming to SCR?
Any help with color commentary would be greatly appreciated. Do entries just have to put in a pass to comply with the rules

There's a few from the HSV village. There would probably have been more, but the weekend is the same as the HSV National meet, and UKV8 wouldn't move their Power Tour.


There's a couple of us who are intending to head to Rye on the Saturday, as we are fairly local.

What time is a good time to get to Rye, so that we can plan our leaving time accordingly?

I'm travelling down on Friday so I don't have loads of travelling to do on Saturday as Rye to Shakey is a big treck for me in my motor. Come and say hi then if your about and see us. PT1455. :-)

I'm not doing the tour as I don't have street legal race tyres and this weekend will be my first outing with the new engine since the mahoosive carnage at the pod last year so test & tune mode firmly engaged.

If you see me at Shakey event though, say Hi. I'll be in this.
