She ran four of them. One in qualifying and then one in every round of eliminations. That's unbelievably impressive. Not least because her quickest one (the 3.9126s pass that is the new European record) wasn't even a full pass.
Crazy! I'm guessing the conditions weren't even that favourable to good speeds as it seemed pretty cold. Will be very interested to see what happens in Tierp.tom405 said:

Mostly the opposite, actually. Cool air leads to more oxygen per unit volume, so the engines produce more power. The DA was below zero over the weekend, leading to very good conditions for making power. Provided the track can hold it, you'll get good times as a result. In Q1, the track wasn't there for the higher powered vehicles, but it came around quickly in later sessions and that's what gave us the record times we saw.Tet said:
Q3 - Sluggish at the hit, then lost traction approaching half track, shut it off when it got too sideways and fishtailed until I pulled it straight.
Here's a video of that pass.Benni said:
Oh yes, the ex-Vegter / Schenk Camaro got tagged and ran some good T&T runs, these guys really are running on a shoestring but the relevant safety (and speed) features are present.
You mean that the "will race for food" sticker in the rear window is meant serious ?
What is their PB so far ?
They just ran 9.02 on an un-treated airport track in Osijek today (31 May). Their PB is 8.7 with a small sniff of N20.You mean that the "will race for food" sticker in the rear window is meant serious ?
