How fast would they be?

I saw that a funny car ran 332mph in the 1000ft at the weekend. How fast would they be going if they were still allowed to run 1320ft? Would gearing have them top out at this sort of speed or would they be hitting 350+ these days?

Hard to answer. The cars are built to run over the specified distance. If the distance were to change, then the cars would be built differently to allow for that. But were they to do so, it's probably not unreasonable to expect to put on another 10mph in the final 320', so perhaps 245mph at the quarter mile mark.
