Get your facts right, since joining I have not cut or pasted ONE single thread, the ones off the American Drag Racing forum www.nitromater.com. have been mine if they weren't mine, I've asked permission from the person who posted them to post them on this forum with a link to them.

Firstly, 90% of the threads you post are regarding subject matter which anybody with the drag racing community can, and do find by themselves. Posting links to NHRA news items is excessive and pointless - if we want to read it, we will simply type in nhra.com and look at our own accord.

Regarding seeking permission, I'm glad you do, as I'd hate to think what authors would say should they see everything posted again as if it were from the horses mouth.

In short, any PH members, drag racing community members, spectators, racers etc, know how to use the internet, and are fully aware of where to find news, photos, reviews, stories etc.

By all means carry on, but I'll continue to do as I have done i.e. read and look at things, at the source, from the source.

Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas.

Does it really matter, I use this site as a way of checking everything just by looking in one place. We can't always look at every site, every day, all the time.

Merry Christmas

Richard,

Fair enough, it's probably just me being a grouch I guess. Sorry for any offence I caused to any party.

Have a good Christmas and New Year folks.

it does get slightly annoying seeing just links and other peoples stories posted

if you want a roundup of all the goings on in drag racing the best place to look is www.drgaracingonline.com/dro.html then go to Agent1320 updated a few times a week

Well i can see why its sometimes a tad annoying. There are so many links. My pop up blocker has a field day.

However, on the flip side.... i only look at this site and Eurodragster, so sometimes it can be beneficial if i am really interested.

On DW i think it was such a friendly forum, it was more chat and laid back. The topics on here with just links are just that - not very personal.

Just my 2 pence worth I'll hide by the chimney again - ready to club Santa when he visits. Merry Christmas you lot from the Quantum Leap team x
