Great that someone in the U.K has noticed the site as well!
Updates for the homepage are on their way, and we're thinking about a forum like this. But for now, we have to concentrate on the upcoming season, getting sponsors, new material and keeping the website alive of course. Hope you all tune in on the page as the season approatches. All the people at eurodragsternorth.com are hoping for a great season, with a lot of drag racing!

There is an english section. Just press the upper left corner, where the flags are.
Our intention was to have the live coverage in swedish as it is our mother tounge, but I'll post an english "late-evening-report" from each event as well. Guess that you all understand if I write in swedish, the results during the day. (Winner/Loser and so on)

Please do do it in Swedish, that's your right. When it comes to talking other languages we Brits are lacking as you know! I think we should try harder but as children we are not encouraged to use other languages! Sorry and all that

It wasn't until I went to bed that I realized you must have meant to publish news about racers from GB as well since you were talking about Tog and so on. Have to blame my misunderstanding on my cold. *smile*

To set the record straight; All drivers/teams/others are of course welcome to send me material to post on the website, from GB, USA. Russia or whatever. (Doesn't matter if it's in english/swedish/norwegian/finnish, though I have some trouble with danish.) It's only the base which is situated in Sweden and that's why we're working our way from there.

Finally, I hope everyone are as excited as I am. /Tezzii

Tezzii, take no notice of me, you will need to post what you and your team find is important. UK drag racing fans love all that is to do with the sport of drag racing so whatever you do put on your site you will find we are interested in it and we will thank you for doing so. When I was on about Tog I ment that he and his team will want to help you and make eurodragster and eurodragsternorth grow even bigger together not just in Europe but around the world also (tell me if I am wrong Tog). I should imagine the hardest thing for you and your team just now is finding time and money to do it all and with this in mind I wish you all the best. Please do keep popping back here to remind fans on PistonHeads what you are doing though.

I'll remember that.
Of course Eurodragster and Eurodragsternorth is going to grow, both in and outside Europe. The sport has always been about helping (at least for as long as I've been involved) and with the interest that is right now I can't see that the sites aren't going to keep on growing.

For sure, I'll be keeping an eye on what's going on here at PistonHeads. (A site I'd never heard of before, and found, of a coincidence, on google when I entered a search for eurodragsternorth) I hope everyone will be tuning in on both Eurodragster sites, as the season's getting closer. Hopefully (if the swedish music department gets back to me) we'll be able to put out some videos of 2006 from all around our great nations.

When I'm by the keyboard I would also like to add to all english drivers, to register on www.eurodragsternorth.com. The ones who do will automatically take part in our future contests on the site. (Of course it's all free of charge)

Hello Tony!
Well, all that Janne said was that he's going over to the states tomorrow and will be at "Test and tune" in Orlando, on the 9th-11th of this month. After that they will transport the car over to Gator Nationals (have no idea where that is held) and he will be racing for four days, thursday-sunday, the upcoming week, I presume.

I think you know more than me! That was all he had said to me at least. If you see him, would you please let him know that I'm waiting for him to tell me how it all went, so that I can publish it on the site! Good luck anyway! (I sure wish the season would start here soon, too) It's a loooong couple of months til Easter Thunderball.. *sigh*

Hi again!
Just wanted to add that we've now added a forum to our site. Not to many has written in English, but maybe it's a chance for you to learn swedish Oh, well.. I told you I was going to keep you informed.

Closer to the season start, we're going to try and launch a chatroom, so that we can chat from the track side. (A good tool, for the editor if there are some questions.

*lol* "Tak" is actually the swedish version of "Roof" but ok. I guess you meant "Tack", or if you want to be real polite you say "Tack så mycket" (Thank you very much)

The swearing I think I can live without *smile* I only know the "good words"!

Just to point out the english translator facility on Eurodragsternorth. If your browser is set on 'restore down' you will need to maximise the page to see the english flag in the left top corner. Thanks Tezzii.
