The headlight height adjusters on my EP3 Civic don't work.

I can't see a symbol for the fuse in the interior or under bonnet fuse boxes and the handbook is no help either. Has it got a separate fuse or are they on the same fuse as the headlights?

Everything else seems to be in good condition, the connectors aren't corroded and I don't think both motors would have failed.
