Clutch issue??

Hi guys, I have a 2001 CTR just purchased it, my issue appears to be when changing gear at high rpm. Maybe it's my gear change but it juddersas I depress the clutch and go to change gear, only really in second and third gear as said at high revs. Is this a known issue? Any advice would be great.

Also at normal driving speeds! Gear changes etc the car drives spot on.
