Honda Civic SE I-VTEC - no 1st or 2nd gear

Hope someone can help, car is 2007 but only 27000 miles done, has been great car - no issues at all until now.
Car now wont go into 1st or 2nd gear - all the other gears are fine - including reverse.
Help!
