4th Gen Honda Civic Moo's

Yes you read that right. No word of a lie, but my brothers 4th gen civic moo's on our driveway.
I've got the window open, & even 10 minutes or so I will hear the car 'moo'. It almost sounds as though there's a bee stuck in a tin. Now, it's done this for as long as he's had it, but only now have thought to ask about it!
The noise is coming from the rear of the car & I am clueless as to what it might be. Must be something electrical as it's periodic, but consistent!
