Hi,
I was wondering if anybody has placed an order for new Type R?
I had a chat with my local garage and they are taking deposits (£3k) for new model now.
Sales guy told me that they have sold quite a few but you should never trust a salesman smile
They know the price and spec, its just the matter of exact delivery time (June/July).
I like it but really want to take one for spin before putting my hard earned cash.
Cheers

Looks pretty quick there!

I will go for a look when they're in the showroom, I can't afford one at present though frown

We did 0-60mph in 5.3 seconds and 100mph in 11.2 seconds and 167mph top whack with 7min 50 sec ring time
Very impressive for a practical fwd family hatch that can still do all the other hatchback things (five doors, rear seats, decent boot, reasonable ride comfort, 30ish mpg etc.)
