Only the very late FN2's and the CW editions had an LSD.

I'd say keep that, get it supercharged and enjoy it. Is a DC5 twice the car? IMO, no.

How have you got on with finding the DC5 search?

Do you know where there are more stats on this car? I've been trying to find the 30-70 time for this car.

In gear times on this scan.

Similar position to me, as much as I like the DC5 I can't determine if there is as much added value compared to a EP3/FN2 with a few upgrades. For what it's worth, the FN2 that you have bought sounds like a good purchase - do all GT spec have LSD?
LSD was only on championship white and on post April 2010 manufactured cars.

On paper there is quite a difference between the DC5 and the FN2. The DC5 has more power, lighter and also shorter gear ratios I believe.

Thanks. Those times are definitely wrong. The DC5 is definitely quicker than the Civic, in-gear times measured below also don't add up with the 0-60 time. The 0-60 is 6.1s and 30-70 is similar to the S2000.

They mention in the article that it was timed in wet/inconsistent conditions, the results certainly don't reflect my experiences with both cars, my DC5 had much stronger performance.

In my opinion the DC5 is just a superior car in every way and is certainly much better than the sum of it's parts. My EP3 has been a little disappointing in comparison.
