Boring topic! Can you get 3 car seats in an Accord Estate?

Can anyone help? We're thinking about buying a new car (to us) - it'll be 2nd hand. Anyway - just mulling ideas etc etc and I'm wondering if someone can tell me if you can get three car seats in a a 2003 Honda Accord - it's that model rather than a newer version.

The short answer is no I'm afraid. I had a 2003 Accord estate and you can fit two child seats (they were forward facing ones for 2-3 year olds) with space for a seated passenger between.

We later had an FR-V and that was surprisingly good apart from the front seat squabs being too short. You'd get three seats across one of those I'd have thought.

Incidentally, we later had a 2009 Accord estate (8th gen) and that was even smaller in the back than the 2003 car.
