Integra R owner looking for a club....

Can anyone advise me?

I have a stock minty uk dc2 & am looking for a UK club that does meets/events etc etc? I consider my car to be a nice enough example to show off

Needs to be a discerning club. No McDonalds burn-ups etc & no fast furious style stickered-up 1.4 Civics. Doesn't need to be Honda specific I guess but a modern classics kinda thing.

It seems there is a gap for the Integra having just visited the Silvers classic. NSX & S2K were represented as performance models with clubs but nothing at all for the Integra. I'm really surprised given many give it the accolade of Greatest FWD etc etc..

The ITR has dc2 & dc5 internet forums but no clubs per sé

First option would be the DC2 forum, they would have a section on meets if you wanted to find more information.

Second option would be perhaps to look at a broader club like the Type R Owners Club.

Where abouts are you based? I'm in the process of setting something up near me because all we have are chav groups or single make owners clubs. A lot of the classic groups are only interest in 40 yo British rot boxes.

The forum is good for info but meets seem few & far between.

Type R owners is a bit too generic without wishing to sound snobbish...

AccordR.org?

Obviously not Integra specific, but the people on those sites are probably less likely to be the backwards baseball cap wearing types that it sounds like you want to avoid.

Other than that I think you're either left with trying to organise your own things on the DC2 forums or PH regional and SS events.

Isn't HOT track focussed?

Having just sold an ATR I was on AccordR but they are getting thin on the ground & again specific meets seem rare?
