Anyone know this car?

I'm looking at getting my hands on an EP3 and after having a look around I stumbled on an advert for a 2004 CTR with some choice modifications putting the car where I'd want it to end up. It seemed to of had good money spend on it, so I wondered if anyone knows or can vouch for the car as I've not made my mind up about the seller. They're almost too keen! The car started life as KK04 JTK, moved onto HF04 WJZ and also sat on T15 CTR for a few years. We're now back to HF04 WJZ.

I can link the advert if easier but not sure around the rules and potential advertisement issues. Appreciate any help or advice.
