sorry guys just said a 1991 honda prelude was st because it is, although admittedly the blue one owned by the temperemental ozzy guy is far better than any i have ever encountered on uk roads, although still would not fetch more than £2k over here. like i said im not dissing hondas love the revs and handling of lots of them but really im sure as many people love probes as preludes. most old st cars are just that, old and st.

good hondas :nsx, civic type-r, integra type-r, s2000,even type-r accords.
st hondas : prelude, jazz,legend,cr-v, shuttle etc....

and no im not just a ford man i like lots of cars from lots of marques and loath just as many if not more but obviously if you have a bad word to say about any honda at all in here you will be set upon.

i will go now as i seem to have upset you obsessees. good luck and you just continue to keep those minds firmly closed and hate anything non-honda.
My Legend does just what I want it to, comfort and reliability also still have my 12 year old Accord 2.2 Vtec at 168000 miles, Great cars, depends what you`re looking for

How the fk is a Prelude a st car? Have you ever driven one?
yep i have driven one but just one. digital dash no room in the back and ugly as sin, admittidly it did go allright for a 2litre and i imagine the vti is very quick.
i just felt like a pauper driving the car and the interior made me feel sick. but ok i have driven worse handling cars and in the cars defence it was about 13 years old . perhaps the last shape was better.
I quite like the digital dashes in them its nice having it all spaced out instead of been crammed in like in most cars.

Agree with you on no room in the back but then its a sports car 911's dont have much room in the back but this doesn't make them st.

In regard to ugly as sin I think they are great looking cars and look a lot better than a VXR IMO.

I haven't driven the 2 Litre one but have been driving a 2.2 VTEC which belongs to a mate around for the last week or so and yes they do go like hell.

What is wrong with the interia exactly? The seats are gorgous and I don't see what the problem with the dash is.

Funny how it made you feel like a pauper as when the came out they cost a damn sight more than a new VXR does.

I haven't driven a new prelude so my experiences are based on a 4th gen.

amen Eddh!

Obviously I am biased but also realistic too, the Prelude has awesome handling, double wishbones all round, the H22 is a great engine, very open for tuning.

I always found the Honda scene in the UK biased because of the cardigan and slippers image Honda's have there. I've always loved Honda's had quite a few Preludes, a 2nd and 3rd gen and my current 4th Gen. I love my 4th gen, sure its no supercar but its got character and handles great. I have no need for a backseat!

I may be biased as I do love Hondas (well the older ones anyway not too keen on some of the crap they have made recently!) but do feel as though this guy is completely missing the point!

I Love the fact my Civic Aerodeck looks like an old man s Honda/Rover yet will happily rev to in excess of 8000rpm, yet at the same time will remain tractable round town 30mph in fifth thumbup

Don't like Honda cars at all, but am only 50 years old. They are retirement cars, right?

Whilst not indicating what we should be driving, or indeed what they drive.

Pretty piss poor pointless post.

I loved my £700 prelude 2.2 Vtec, mainly for the engine and the dashboard! And also it made a lovely sound for a 4 cylinder.
