Hello,

Does anyone have an independent Porsche service garage in the Zurich region they would recommend? I have a 997 GTS that needs the tires changed, and an oil change (not a full service) and I don't feel like making a 'donation' to AMAG. I did a search, and someone suggested www.pallavicini.ch, but that was back in 2010 so maybe there are some new ideas.

Thanks,

I thought Porsche had split from Amag a couple of years ago and was totally independent.

Pallavancini worth a look. He looks after some serious Porsches (on the times I've dropped by I've seen a 959, a GT1 and some other non-Porsche exotica).

I used to go to France for my Porsches: either the PZ in Sausheim to get the official stamp (and half price compared to Zurich) or Bertho moteurs in Mulhouse (very good - www.bertomoteurs.fr/).

Yes sadly Pallavicini has retired.

I needed to find somewhere else to use (have been using Pallavicini for 14 years) and have today just had a yearly service on my 993 done with http://www.sportgarage-grs.ch/ in Mannedorf.

I was very impressed and would recommend him to others.

He also speaks good english.
