Did you pay by credit card? If yes, tell the credit card company and you will (eventually) get your money back once they have gone through their investigations. If not, you are just an unsecured creditor in the insolvency of the company. And therefore (like me) your money is basically gone.Of course, until the TD is formally cancelled/the company puts out its own statement we only have the word of club MSV that this is happening(admitedly reasonably good source).

This now appears on the calendar of their website: "For reasons beyond our control the 2013 diary of car track day events is undergoing some changes. If you were booked into a previously listed event, you will receive a full refund, credit for the new diary (we're hoping to release within 7 days) or transfer to another organiser if appropriate. We apologise for any inconvience caused. Check back soon for the new events list."

I was fully prepared to be shafted there - I even broke out the lube in anticipation!Of course I won't be fully at easy until the money is back in my account.

I've changed this post so that it is as up to date as possible!
Just heard back from Easytrack and they say they are working hard to resolve and that things should be back to business within a few days - lets wish them luck.
The post that started this is true though - the concensus within "the vision track system" is of a ceased trading status, but I have been assured that this is not true, so let us see.
