Hope you booked with a credit card!

Also, you would have saved about £50 booking direct - rather than going through an agent.

Here's the link to save £50:

I don't think so.

I've just had a refund for a day booked with them in the summer. Gave them a call to see what's what and had a good chat with Dino.

Was told they don't want to run any more UK days, they are going to stick with the European driving tours etc instead. I get the feeling it's probably hard to make money running track days.
It's more of 'poor you' rather than well done.....

1) I'm well aware of the Easytrack debacle as I was one of those who lost money on a day at Brands Indy last year.

2) Dino is not Easytrack and is an active M3cutters member and easy to contact.

3) I paid on Credit Card this time.

4) I booked this a couple of months ago when the price was only £300 smile

Neither wink

To avoid being cryptic - I wish the OP simple old fashioned good luck. With any half/evening day any issues with stoppages can have a profound affect on track time and it's a big commitment for any of us, in time and money' to get to the Ring in any event.

Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly.

For those that are interested, this SkyLimits run day was really excellent! Not a single red flag, only a couple of yellows and live recovery on track.

Driving standards (that I saw) were excellent.

Weather was good, mostly warm/sunny with one or two moments of drizzle to keep you on your toes.

The range and mixture of cars and nationalities was fantastic.

My only criticism would be that the cafe in the carpark was shut, meaning that unless you left the track there was no where to get hot food/drinks. With 200 cars paying 350Euros each you would think someone would either put some hospitality on, or at least sense an opportunity to make some extra cash and bring a burger (bratwurst?) van!

We managed to survive on vending machine drinks and mars bars for the day.

I would definitely book onto a SkyLimits Nurburgring day again.

cheers,
Patrick

ED tankstelle sells food, drinks, coffee, etc - surely you had to refuel at some point?

I didn't need to and I know Pat didn't either, it was only a half day.

Plus my 888's were on the wear markers so I didn't want to risk driving on the road on them.

My best lap of the day even with slowing for a course car.

Agree with most of this-apart from the fact that Schwedenkreuz was soaking wet when we first started.lol.
Perhaps you were a little later joining the track? Driving standards were very good, a pleasant change from the day to day type often seen during tf sessions!
Well Done Dino, another excellent event.
PS next time can we have a coffee machine in T13 please.lol.
