wish it had been my daughter was taken into hospital overnight so we couldn't make it, kudos to msv who have transferred the booking to the next Oulton, cant say fairer than that i thought, I didn't even let them know until she was released mid afternoon,

Did i miss a good day and how did the weather hold out?

Daughter is fine now which is the main thing

Oh bloody hell, hope your little girl is OK! I had that scenario last week, she came out of hospital Monday so I got the all clear to go on Tuesday!
There was an XR2 there so I assumed it was you!
Torrential first thing and then at lunchtime but got a great couple of hours in 3-5ish

Day was a good one - weather was atrocious in the morning and it was red flag central with people breaking down and dropping fuel and other fluids on the track. There were large sections that fk all grip as a result but it did dry out in the afternoon and the track was just getting faster and faster towards the end of the day. I had to call it about half four though as my left rear brake pad was getting a mite thin. Probably shouldn't have done my last stint really as said brake pad disintegrated on the way home

Still, I made it back eventually and the car is currently at the garage getting fresh rear brakes
