Is anyone attending Brands on the 8th with MSV? Hoping for some reasonable weather and clear laps!

Good stuff. I'll pop over and say hello if you make it. What car will you be you in?

Sorry, but I've just booked the 12th instead of the 8th. £40 saving through a "black friday" deal, couldn't pass it up.

There on 8th also, in a BaT rental R300. Hopefully there wont be too much traffic if most people are going on the 12th :-)

Ps. Brands website says 'no activity' for the 12th Dec.

Good stuff. I'll be sure to keep out of your way! I wanted to do the 12th but have prior commitments unfortunately. I am hoping for a reasonably clear day as well. Got a couple of set ups to try on a new (to me) car.

Cheers,
Dan

Will try and do both... Still not sure which car to take... Will be a Porsche of sorts... Or may swap them, given that it is a 20mins round trip...

I'm going on Monday. Looking forward to it. Forecast looks like cold but dry. Black Porsche - I've got some new shocks and springs on the car so it will be slow start to get used to things. Bob

Ah Bob was that your GT3? Nice car. Our day was cut short when a friend of a friend put the cater ham into the pit wall after a 720 spin

It was very slippery coming out of clearways. Hope he is ok and its not going to end up costing him the earth for repairs. Didn't get a chance to come down and say hello had a couple of issues with the car and lost a fair bit of track time. I guess you were the 928 Bob? Looks a very clean car, hope suspension was all good.

Yeah fortunately the driver was ok, though quite a dent in his wallet as the front wheel was hanging off and the radiator was damaged, shame it happened quite early on, your right it was slippy on the last turn especially.

Ah the 968 then? That did look a clean car and was going well.

I jumped on this track day just for the afternoon (thanks MSVR!) WAs in the black Mk1 MX5 with novice sticker.

Apologies if I got in anyone's way. Great fun though and lovely 968

No one spot me? I had my PH smiley on the back and everything!

Excellent day, loved it - until I cooked my brakes and had to limp home at 3pm.
