Track Day Driving Articles

I normally post in the Advanced Driving forum on the subject of performance road driving, but I've been doing track days for a few years now, so I thought I'd have a break from the norm and write a few articles on track driving.

Part 1 deals with the basics of track days, what to expect on the day, how to prepare etc...

I'm happy to admit I'm no expert on track driving - these are just some scribblings based on my own experience and I've written these articles primarily for the track day novice, so If I've written anything which is glaringly wrong, or if you have better techniques, feel free to share!
