Sorry, was a 1 series, not a compact
Looked a bit like this
There was a blue 1 series if I recall but it was not very quick. There was a 1 series race car also but it was also not very quick. There was no 1 series wide body there though especially a touring car version?Looked a bit like this

You had me worried then, the black compact race car is out next season in the class below me 318 I think it is, I was getting nevious if he was in the 1:15s! I was around 1.20 to 1:25 for most of the day in a blue 328.
Looked like this minus some stickers
The ones series was this 1 iirc not sure what graphics it had on it though as this is a last season pic:
Was a good day horribly windy but pretty much dry untill that last hour or so :-)

There's another Monday track day there on April 20th, but not sure which organiser
I might be up for going up and bedding in some new tyres

I haven't been to Donington with Javelin, only Bedford, but I've been impressed with them so far. Nice bunch, efficient running and actually uphold driving standards.
That day has only just gone up in price from £219, but according to Javelin's site there's only a few places left.

Tommo, your 328i looks great, mine will catch up eventually!

That's the first time I've used circuit days, was a good day for me.
Although the 1st trackday I've been on where a blue flag isn't used, and I felt it would have been useful to remind people to do a mirror check.
Subsequently I found myself overtaking on corners although more kinks tbf, the few flat out corners that there are at Donny. Always gave as much room as poss and tried to keep it nice & safe and obvious, no dramas caused, but not strictly by the track day rule book, but never got pulled up for it either. So alls good.
