You've misunderstood the nature of reality. Burden of proof rests with the person making the claim. That's you.

If you disagree then please prove I'm making it up when I say I have an invisible pet dragon.

You've already shown you're a bit cavalier in spreading unconfirmed tosh so its only natural for some to be a bit skeptical. You should try it.

The correct response would be for you to provide links to the news or police reports.

I don't need to prove anything, I'm not making stuff up. People who think they know everything that actually know bugger all are just the best. thumbup

Apologise? You can't even bloody spell it. laugh

I've only lived here full-time since end of '07, but if anything I'd say there are LESS sportsbikes here now than 2004-2010. Or I notice them less. Or I care less.
A lot less, but what would I know?

I've only lived here full time for nearly 20 years, speak fluent German (hence personally know a lot of the Ring personnel, the Police, the Fire Brigade, and the Hospital staff), and I was a Marshall for 3 years.

Still, nothing can beat the well informed knowledge of 'something I heard in the carpark'. thumbup

I'll bow out now. No point in arguing with someone who knows everything.

In fact, let me help you;

Here is the report of the crash at Metzgesfeld during the classic's stint.

http://www.blick-aktuell.de/Politik/Oldtimer-ueber...

Here is the report of the unfortunate fatal motorbike crash that happened on the L92.

http://www.wochenspiegellive.de/ahr/staedte-gemein...

Here is a private Email from the organisor of the Adenau Classic event saying that the driver of the car at Metzgesfeld is already at home and the passenger is in hospital with a broken leg.

mich ganz herzlich bedanken.

Over to you, Terry, let's see what you've got?

So, in summary, of 6 deaths reported .

False - #1 car at Metz on ring, now acknowledged ok. (and not sans helmets as suggested)
False - #2 car at Metz on ring, now acknowledged ok. (and not sans helmets as suggested)
False - #3 biker somewhere, apparently. Crickets.
False - #4 biker somewhere, apparently. Crickets.
False - #5 biker somewhere, apparently. Crickets.

Confirmed #1 bike on L92, never disputed, although;

- hit a bmw not a merc
- bike did not go over the railing (rider did)
- rider *was* airlifted (Koblenz, according to news report, although I suppose it could have been from the local hospital rather than roadside)

Facts. Now available from your nearest reality.

So was your briefing at the CD 'trackday', hugely amusing listening to Chris trying to rein you in!
