I am doing precisely that but 18th October - booked the red sessions in the morning (x4 25mn sessions) so that we can then catch the (hopefully not too busy) TF that finishes at 7.00pm...

Cheers. Have you done this particular Spa organised event before ? I haven't and I wonder about driving standards and consideration ? Do they allow overtaking inthe braking zones ?

I've done PDE at Spa a few times now and really enjoyed it every time.

Im not exactly sure what the rules are but the general vibe is pretty relaxed when/where to overtake. In fact I would say I'm a fairly aggressive driver and everytine I've gone for an overtake, I'm encouraged on by the marshals (waving a blue flag to the car infront)

Never been cautioned about a late overtake in a braking zone and even spinning out when drifting bus stop was meet with thumbs up from everyone. Nothing like a UK track day....

Whether this is a positive or negative is for you to decide I suppose. Driving standards have so far never been an issue. Like all track days I will only overtake when I'm sure I can get pass without the car infront changing his line and I honestly believe if you stick to that you won't go wrong.

Wow I'm excited for August, just counting down the day now biggrin

P.s. Nurburgring is great also wink
